Due to the nature of our products, which are custom-made or prepared upon request, all orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once confirmed and paid.

Please ensure:

• Selecting the correct size and design before placing your order
• Providing accurate information (name, address, phone number)

In case of an error from our side (such as receiving a wrong item or a clear manufacturing defect), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with supporting photos. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution (compensation or remake).

The policy does not cover:

• Misuse of the product
• Damage after delivery
• Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display

في حال حدوث خطأ من طرفنا (مثل استلام منتج مختلف أو وجود عيب مصنعي واضح)، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور توضح المشكلة، وسنقوم بمراجعة الحالة وتقديم الحل المناسب (تعويض أو إعادة تنفيذ المنتج).

لا تشمل سياسة التعويض:

• الاستخدام الخاطئ للمنتج
• التلف الناتج بعد الاستلام
• اختلاف بسيط في الألوان بسبب الإضاءة أو الشاشة
